Celebrate spring with a series of four bird-watching walks! We hope to see migrating warblers and other songbirds. Jamie McBride, Naturalist Education Coordinator with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, will lead the walks along with master birding volunteer Greg Severson. For this walk, meet at the Thomas Sadler Robert Bird Sanctuary. It's a wooded area sandwiched between Lake Harriet and Lakewood Cemetery. Meet at the Rose Garden parking lot, 4124 Roseway Road. There's a shelter on the edge of the woods heading into the sanctuary. Pay parking is available in the lot; free parking is available on Lake Harriet Parkway.
