Join photographer Richard Kain as he shares with us his time in Nepal. Richard trekked in Nepal twice, once with Jim Klobuchar in 1999 and later with the Sierra Club in 2002. He will share his many adventures, including how he achieved his goal to see Mount Everest while standing at over 18,300 feet above sea level. He will also share stories of some of his side adventures during the treks and in the Kathmandu Valley. Hear his stories as you view his beautiful photographs of Nepal and Bangkok.

Dick has been lucky to be able to travel internationally to take photographs. In fact, he has visited all the continents with his camera(s). He has 15 slide shows (digitally projected) of different countries from his travels. He shares these shows with groups through senior programs and continuing education program such as OLLI.
