About this event

Qigong, often referred to as “chee gong” or “energy work,” is a Chinese practice with roots dating back thousands of years. It revolves around the concept of Qi, the vital life force that flows through our bodies, and Gong, which means skill or cultivation. Qigong is, essentially, the art of cultivating one’s vital energy for enhanced health and wellness Join us as we hear from Birgit Kraus, the Qigong instructor at Minnesota Integrative Health Studio, as she explains how Qigong is practiced as well as some of the many benefits of Qigong, including managing persistent pain and coping with physical limitations.
