Curious about Pilates? Join Danielle Linneweber, owner of Purposeful Pilates in the North Loop, for a friendly and accessible introduction to this low-impact exercise method designed to help you stay strong, mobile, and active.
Danielle will begin with a brief overview of Pilates and its benefits—especially for older adults who want to maintain their independence, travel with ease, and enjoy time with grandkids. Then, she’ll guide attendees through a short seated and/or standing workout featuring core activation and balance exercises that are safe, supported, and effective.
No special equipment or experience is needed—just come ready to move and learn how Pilates can help you build strength and confidence for everyday life.
Please wear tennis shoes for this program.
