Join Life Time trainers Kelly Hegarty and Lisa Orth for an energizing presentation on staying active and healthy through every stage of life. They’ll cover four key areas: maintaining muscle mass, supporting strong bone density, lowering fall risk through prevention strategies (including balance training), and improving posture for more confident movement. Along the way, they’ll highlight how intentional exercise, balanced nutrition, and smart supplementation can work together to support these goals. You’ll walk away with clear, actionable steps to help you stay healthy, strong, and moving well for years to come.
