Join us for a guided tour of the Walker Art Center exhibition Rosy Simas: “I Hope It Will Stir Your Mind.”
This thought-provoking exhibition explores the Seneca concept of a “good mind.” Through a blend of moving image, sound, and sculpture, Simas invites quiet contemplation and reflection. Each element of the work is described as “an act of survivance,” fostering ideas of peacemaking and community well-being in a time of deadly politics, racism, and bigotry.
The cost for MCC members is $9. Walker members receive 50% off, but must have their membership verified at the time of the tour.
The Walker requires a single group payment, so please bring cash or a check made payable to Susan Hartman.
